Here we are with another review of Nerd Block for the month of May 2014. The price of Nerd Block is 19.99USD plus shipping. This month is a great month if you are a fan of Star Wars. As you may know there is going to be a new movie for the franchise. And on this month many of us celebrated May 4, as in may the fourth be with you. So lets us see what I got.
Here we are with another review of Loot Crate for the month of April 2014. The theme for this month was dragon. Nowadays when I think of dragons, I think of Game of Thrones. So maybe they decided to go with this theme since season 4 just started. I was really excited to get this box.
So lets open up the box and see what I got.
Welcome to another review of Nerd Block for April 2014. Nerd Block is a geeky monthly subscription service. It cost around $30 if you live in the US. One of the cool things that I like about Nerd Block is that they have this thing called Monster Block. So if you are a subscriber you can be randomly chosen to win this big box of goodies. For this month, one of the prizes includes a Playstation 4. So for whoever wins it, they are sure lucky.
So lets see what I received for this month.
I decided to make this post to help others find the many available Aeropress coffee brewing instructions. I just recently bought an Aeropress to brew coffee. Like many, I have many questions on how to use it. One of the reasons I decided to buy this brewing system is because it seems like a great way to make one cup of coffee. And a quick look on Amazon will show you that this small device has great reviews. Plus, it’s really inexpensive. So as I started my research, I found that there are different ways to use the Aeropress. There is the traditional method and the inverted method. As a newbie to this brewing system, this brought more confusion. But as I continued my research, it’s actually great that I can use either method.
So let me give you the list I have compiled. I hope that it is a useful resource to you as you become an Aeropress expert.
So as I was perusing the inter webs, I decided to check out out my PSN profile. Oh no, it made me remember that I have a huge gaming backlog. I’m one of those people who like to start a game and never finish them. It seems that I only have 26.9% game completion. So what should I do?
Today, I’m going to be looking at Loot Crate for the month of March 2014. As you can see, I’m becoming addicted to subscription services. Just love the feeling of getting something in the mail. Usually I get bills. Or a bunch of letters spamming me. So it is something different.
Loot Crate is a subscription service that delivers geeky items every month. The price of Loot Crate is 13.37 plus shipping. So the total comes around $20. If you are a first time subscriber you can use coupon code APRILLOOT. You will get $3 off. Or you can sign up for their newsletter and get 10% off. They center around a theme every month. For the month of March it was Titan. So let’s see what I got.
Today, I’m going to give you my review of Nerd Block for the month of March 2014. Nerd Block is a subscription service from Canada. They deliver geeky stuff right to your doorstep every month. It’s like receiving a present every month. You just never know what you are going to get. The cost of Nerd Block is 19.99USD plus shipping. So it’s roughly 30USD to the United States. Also, if you are in the United States try to use a credit card with no foreign transaction fee. If not, you will be charged a couple of cents. One thing I do like about Nerd Block is that they will always include a t-shirt. Sometimes not all the subscribers will get the same things. So I do like to watch and read what other people get. For this review, I will try to give you the value of the items. I will be using Amazon for that.
Now, let’s see what I got? Will I continue with my subscription to Nerd Block?
I’m a geek that loves to drink coffee everyday. Sometimes I feel that it is like a drug, I need it to start my day. I love the way it smells. But I will be the first to tell you that I’m not an expert when it comes to coffee. When I was younger all I drank was instant coffee. I thought that was good coffee. I guess I can thank my parents for that. They brought me up on Folgers. Then I moved on to Starbucks and thought that was the best coffee in the world. But now I have seen the light. I discovered great coffee shops. And eventually I started brewing my own coffee. I love that I have full control when it comes to my coffee.
So I decided to look at coffee subscription services. (Funny, I found out that subscription services actually existed this year. Where have I been?) I have a full time job and sometimes it’s very hard to go to the coffee shops and buy beans. I found many services but the LA Coffee Club caught my eye. They work with many different roasters from Los Angeles, plus I’m a Los Angeles resident myself. So I thought I would try them out, and in the process try out different roasters.
Today, I’m going to give you my review of the LEGO set called Batman: The Penguin Face Off. This is a new set from the DC Comics Super Heroes line. As with any review, this is my personal opinion.
Well this is my first post. Yesterday, happened to be my birthday. How time goes by so fast. So to celebrate my 100th birthday I decided to go to the happiest place on earth!! I’m actually not a 100, ha. It was a really fun day. But I was hoping that there would be less people since it was a Tuesday. But I guess I missed the memo that some schools have spring break. At least I got to go on a few rides. Another great thing I like about Disneyland in Anaheim is that they have a Lego store in Downtown Disneyland. I am a big fan of Lego. Also, don’t forget that if you have an annual pass you can get 10% off on sets, just not on exclusive sets. I also loved the presents I received. They are in the picture below.
Also, just want to say that I’m new to blogging. I’m still learning on how make a website. I also apologize for any grammar and spelling errors. Well, until next time.
